Aaron Kitchell

Aaron Kitchell serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer for TPH Academy, bringing over 20 years of experience leading finance and accounting operations across public and private organizations.

Aaron began his career at a Big 4 accounting firm, establishing a rigorous foundation in financial strategy and corporate governance. He later served as Division Group Controller for a Fortune 300 manufacturing company, where he oversaw financial management for seven facilities spanning two countries. Today, he leverages his deep corporate background to optimize financial systems, drive sustainable growth, and ensure long-term operational efficiency across TPH Academy’s athletic and educational programs.

An active community leader, Aaron has served on four boards of directors, contributing strategic oversight to an education startup and three youth hockey organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, with a minor in statistics, from the University of Oregon.
